Insurance and Payment Options

Insurance:

We accept most insurance plans. We also accept payment from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions you may have.

Payment Options:                               

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ATM cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

For our patients’ convenience we have arranged interest-free payment plan through CareCredit that helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner. Please contact our office for more information.
